Welcome to the Multi-Family crime deterrence and safety training. In this training we will go over the requirements in statute 768.0706(2a) and how to properly implement those requirements. The requirements in this statute allows owners or principal operators of multi-family housing properties to have a presumption against liability in security negligence cases.
